Scalvini Racing Carbon Reeds are manufactured using very high quality structural carbon. It is impregnated with special resins, which have high resistance to hydrocarbons.

The manufacturing process also involves the use of 45° crossed fibres to aid with obtaining a centesimal precise cut.

The final baking stage is realised with a particular process, which compacts the material until 200 Atm on convex moulds, so we can offer a product with very high density, porosity and compactness. 
This process ensures the Scalvini Racing reeds are of the highest quality and offer a long service life when compared to similar products.

Dyno tests show the quality of this product....a must have inexpensive add-on for those who demand the very best from their engines.
